Sparkling Silhouettes: A December Lookback

Welcome to the December Wrap-up. This month was full of travelling and finishing up uni work.

University Life

I handed in coursework for my other units (Mathematics for Computing and Programming), so my first semester is completed (kinda) until January for the exams. I worked another Open day as a Student Ambassador, as well as doing some training as a part of the onboarding of working with the School Liaisons branch.

Social Life

My friends and I celebrated finishing our first semester with a group trip to the Christmas Market in town. We also decided to do a secret Santa because we had to be cliché like that.

Hometown Time

The Christmas break is finally here and I went home.. not to relax apparently. I spent the weekend generally chilling around. I got my nails done, got my hair redyed. The Christmas presents for my family started to arrive so I wrapped them up and got them ready for Christmas. Christmas went as well as Christmas can, normal opening presents and chatting about life and Christmas dinner.

Germany

I spent Boxing Day travelling to Germany to visit Timo (my boyfriend). Timo and I went shopping to buy a couple of essentials for me (he just moved into a new apartment so I couldn’t borrow his aunt’s stuff anymore lol), of course we had McDonald’s afterwards. We also went shopping for fireworks. Had a couple of lazy days before going to his hometown to spend New Year’s with his family, of course we spent all evening shooting off fireworks until 2am).

TL;DR: A lot of travelling and spending time with friends and family.
